I don't play sports or video games. But I think I have pretty good muscle tone, I have a very physical job.

I am quite scrawny, and was really super thin when I was little and growing up. Tho I am thin now as an adult I do think I am strong for my weight, physical job and I did enjoy playing sports once I got a little older to better understand them and all.

You're not going to build muscle with just cardiovascular exercise.

i've got decent muscle tone. i'm trying to lose weight right now to get into the lightweight category in rowing. i think i'm a lot fatter than i want but everyone keeps telling me i'm thin. i don't have a sixpack yet, i mean you can see it but not well. i'm a rower, and this summer i'm rowing twice a day, 6 times a week. i'm hoping that will make me lose weight because i'm not overeating.
