Abilify

I wasn't sure where to post this as there isn't a medication forum/sub-forum so I figured it's "health related".

Has anyone here taken Abilify? Do you get side effects, and if so how do you manage them?

My main side effect is restlessness with is partially under control thanks to Cogentin.

I have and still take ablilify and the only side effect I had was feeling sleepy and kind of out of it but that is about it.

I tried it for one week, and hated it.
I don't specifically remember what side effects I had, only that they weren't among the "most common" ones on the drug info packet.
I considered it in no way helpful.

I have been on Abilfy for over a year now. I was mostly on 30mg which was too much as it was making me tired all the time. I sometimes get dizzy and restless but that mostly has leveled out now that I am on 20mg. Abilify has really helped me a lot. I am also on Celexa 20mg as I am a bipolar aspie.

So am I. I'm a bipolar aspie. I take Lexapro (for anxiety), Abilify (as mood stabilizer), and Cogentin (to manage side effects).
