Overweigh? Try this.

Drink one glass of red wine a day. Anytime of the day. Drink a glass of water after it so you don't get too tired.

For breakfast eat a bowl of garden peas and an apple.

For lunch eat a brown baguette and a bowl of garden peas.

For your evening meal eat a baked potato and baked beans.

You will be thin as an Irish poet in a few months.

Baked beans/Baguette = wheat/Barley or malt extracts, additives ec. Potato - Nightshade vegetable, leaves you highly susceptible to Arthritis among other health concerns. Try switching to mixed exotic beans boiled plain and sweet potato or butternut squash. Apples - high saliclyate, Pears are lower than apples in natural sugar intake stakes, though yeasty, peel and grill.
