I am currently 3/4 of the way to my ideal weight.

I am in the 180s now. My goal is 160 pounds.

I weighed 240 pounds back in 1996.

probably mostly water weight though, i've lost 4lbs during a workout, and have sweat over 6lbs from a long one (watched how much i drank and how much i weighed)

it's best not to focus on short term changes because your weight can fluctuate so much with food and water.
