I became bulimic when I was eleven, and I did not fully recover until I was almost thirteen. It had been a growing problem from around the time that I was ten. Now, I know that I could be eating less candy and sweet stuff, but it's always scary to think that if I start cutting back, I'll go right back to the bulimic or anorexic thoughts. I still sometimes lie on my bed and pinch parts of my body to check if they are fat.

I know that I should probably be eating less now, but I really don't want to get those thoughts and feelings back. They're something I've worked to force from my memory.

You are my inspiration. You are so young, and are getting a handle on this.
I was bulimic for about 9 years, but it took me a lot longer that that to get over my food obsessions.
Try to just relax. There are no bad foods, just bad habits. So for me, If I feel like candy or sweets or whatever. I have it, but in moderation. I eat when I'm hungry, and stop when I'm full. And that works for me. But, it took me a long to that point.
Don't give up, or be hard on yourself.

you still have a lot of physical changes to come. Regardless, you're going to gain some weight, that's normal, and healthy. As long as you're close to your target weight, you should be fine.

What Pakled said. Also, if you are worried about future battles, talking to a therapist may be a good idea. A lot of girls (young and old) struggle with the same problem, so a therapist should be familiar with it, or at least have some reccomendations for a good support group so you could pass your strength onto others, and get strength back if a time of need arises.
