something really strange(imo) has happened.
i ate my christmas dinner this christmas just gone, and after that, my diet hasnt been the same, i wont eat most sweet foods anymore, infact, its almost like i crave savoury foods.
the only sweet food ill eat is chocolate, and ive only had a couple of bite-size sweets from the tin of christmas chocolates since christmas day.
but to top it all off, i drank a bit too much on new years eve, and had my head over the toilet all new years day morning, and now i wont eat almost half the savoury foods i used to eat, and ive gone off alcohol completely, i cant even look at the remains of what we still have leftover without feeling sick.
in particular, it has to be hot(cooked) foods i eat, i will eat some crisps and sandwiches, but they have to be the right flavour/bread/filling.

that IS strange. But, hey, if you're not wanting sweets or alcohol right now, this is a good time to work on your weight if you have any you want to lose...but definitely I think you should let your Dr. know if you keep on feeling like this. I don't know what foods you still want, but you may develop a vitamin deficiency if there is anything your foods aren't providing. Maybe you should try to choke down a multi-vitamin every day in the interim, just for insurance.

Sorry if this seems insensitive, but I habitually try to figure out how to use anything bad in my life to my advantage - glass-half-full and all that stuff. :)
