Does anyone else in here see some very strong Aspie traits in Brett Favre? For most of his playing career he has been focused like a laser on being a QB (and being VERY good at it, albeit as a sometimes uncoachable total free-spirit), has little else in the line of salable skills and is completely unable to make up his mind - he had been unable to decide whether or not to retire from the NFL for several seasons and only a few days ago decided (for good?) to hang up the helmet, cleats and pads.
He can also recall in total detail EVERY play that he has ever been in during his 19 season NFL career.
The guy could have A.S., hence why he doesn't understand why he's such a total jackass for ditching his new teammates at training camp and his old teammates for playing for one of their hated rivals.

I wonder if Favre's habit of throwing idiotic interceptions is related. Perhaps something very unexpected happens before he throws and he can't cope with the breakdown in the pass patterns.

Favre has a habit of throwing bone-headed interceptions. I wonder if that's an autistic thing: a subtle breakdown in pass routes? Fooled by disguised coverage? Distracted by something else? Somebody get the tape!
