I'll be going to the doctor soon as i've been feeling unwell these past two days.

I've been on a no suger diet as i suspected that i had Candida. I felt much better after about a month but these past two days i've been feeling dreadful.

It started after i ate two biscuits/cookies and one small piece of fudge. The symptoms were dizziness, confusion, and a slight headache...

...the next day symptoms were dizziness, confusion and tingling cold hands. I had to sleep later on through the day and when i woke up my arms and hands were mildly numb. This went away as i moved them about. I've often had numb arms/hands after i wake up, even before the diet.

Do i have diabetes or something? I'm eating an apple a day and i'm on a healthy diet. I'm also eating Xylo Brit which is 100% Xylitol.

Would love to hear your opinions on this just to put my mind at rest, or not, as the case may be. :(

You might check into the effects of too much xylitol...
Scary symptoms. :(

Right, i'll stop taking that...

...btw, last week my Fluoxetine dose was increased to 60mg. I noticed that one of the side effect of coming of the drug are tingling hands, just wondering if it also happens after an increase of the drug?

No, no, don't just quit the xylitol, look into it and see if it has any side effects which may be similar to yours. All I could find was the risk of osmotic diarrhea at higher levels. And toxicity in dogs, who apparently metabolized it very differently.

Hopefully your doctor will help you sort out what's going on. And I hope you're feeling better, those are some scary symptoms.
