I'm glad you're here

I think the only type of love I can tangibly feel is romantic. I'm not particularly attached to my family or friends (besides maybe my cat and dog), like I wouldn't care too much if they all died, but I will totally give my heart to someone I love and who loves me. It's weird.

more than anything else i hate my life

I had some stressful dreams last night and I woke up sweating a bit.

I need to get my sh*t together

s**t I only just remembered what I told my therapist today. f*****g hell that's just hit me like a brick in the face.

I'm so f*****g dissociative I was telling him things about me but as if it was someone else.

That's fcked up

Does writing stuff down help you? I know that wouldn’t work when you are dissociating. It helps me sometimes, especially when I know that I might forget an important memory again.

Yeah I do that sometimes. The trouble is is that when I read it back it's like it's about someone else and I have absolutely no connection to it.

As a child I can't remember a time where I felt love from anyone or for anyone.

I think this had to have had an impact on my mental health...well in fact I know it did have.

Recognising my emotions and being able to name them as I feel them has become something of an obsession for me.

Up to now I know what sad feels like. I didn't even think I would ever say that I am happy to feel sad.
