yes I have OCD. it is moderate to mild most of the time. but god forbid someone move something of mine. I have an absolute fit until I find it again. I have to tap in groups of four to odd beats. I have to brush my teeth on eache side forty times, twenty times with my teeth barely touching, twenty times with my teeth closed together. I have to brush my canines ten times a piece, and I have to brust my front teeth thirty times. and I brush the tops and bottoms of my teeth ten times on each side. I must shower in a specific order: hair first, then chest, then neck, the arms, then arm pits, then stomach, then the inside of my legs, then the rest of my legs, then my back then my private areas. then I have to rinse off in the following order: shoulders, then neck, the left arm, then right arm, right armpit, left armpits, chest, belly button, stomach, legs, then my back. then I have to stand leaning agaianst the back of the shwer for two counts to ten, then have to have the sprayers on my legs for two counts of ten. and I dry off in a certain order too: hair (ten times over with the towel on top, ten on the back, ten on the sides, then ten times all over) face, eyes, neck, chest, arms, arm pits, stomach, belly button, stomach, legs, private areas.
I also obsess over locks and the stove. and I check to make sure my bike's steering column lock is set. many times.
now that I think about it, there is a lot of routine in my life that I get pissed if I can't do it the way I want.
