My gluten test came out negative. Which is odd because if I eat too much I react negatively to it. But I can still eat a little.

You need to act accordingly, then. Even if the gluten test came out negative, the fact that you don't react well to lots of gluten tells you that it's something your body doesn't handle well. You might not have a full blown intolerance, but rather a sensitivity and your body can only take in so much. You feel better without gluten so continue eating gluten free! :) I love you!

My friend stopped drinking soda and eating flavored chips. He has much more focus and motivation than before. He's also on more of a normal sleep schedule and not so bitchy with less sugar.

In my opinion the best diet is:

- reducing gluten and milk
- reducing sugar
- everything natural, with a lot of vitamins
- food with high levels of Tryptophan, Lysine, Tyrosine and Omega-3 (depending on the problem and what helps best)
