11 doesn't sound that high.
Did it say they think you are bipolar, with that score?

BTW, Do you feel more emotionally stable, without caffeine and sugar?
FYI. Caffeine can stay in your system for around 12 hours. 8)

It said there is a possibility, but I will be able to take test you recomended soon.

Oh yes I feel more stable without the caffeine and with the exercise. It gives my brain time to relax and other things to focus on :)

Well, it isn't official, but if you are bipolar, isn't it a good thing you caught it early?
And with meds, if they think it is right for you, you can avoid those dark depressions.

I'd talk to your doctor to see if you can get a referral to get tested for bipolar.
It might have to be in the new year, however.

In the meantime, stay off the caffeine, reduce your sugar intake, and exercise on a regular basis. :bounce:

BTW, I cheated yesterday, but don't tell anyone. :hmph:

The trick is to get back onto it. 8)

^^^ This is VERY important.

If you have a bad day, don't give yourself a guilt trip, or throw the towel in.

It's not an all-or-nothing thing, where once you've slipped there's no going back.

Every day presents the same good opportunities as the last, so try again.

Doing your best and falling short occasionally is nothing to be ashamed of, and a damn sight better than giving up.
