Memory vs Paying Attention - and the topic of acting on a stage in a short stage play ten minutes long.

Your insights into the kind of sustained memory which is needed to do the acting during a ten minute long stage play?

Memory between long and short term should be good enough for alot of play scripts. I never met anyone through a seven year period who could read it five times and remember all the lines. Just about anyone has to reread the script many times, and practice the routine, eventualy without the script in hand.
