Hi, I found a website (actually I was referred to it) called Aspire:

The group work with young people in the Leeds area and around Yorkshire I think, but not too far away from Leeds, as that is the base for this one. But I thought if anyone wanted to contact them about themselves or a family member, and they live around Leeds, they might appreciate this website

I thought that anyone who wanted to post more websites similar to Aspire but in different countries or Countys then they can include them in this post I suppose
