Low - latiant inhabition

I wanted to know if low - lataint inhabition is a psychological trait synonymous with aspies, it's basically the notion that you are collecting information everywhere all the time unable to shut off your brain, perhaps autism is a severe form of this.

Yep, but should one be able to do so? I never felt a desire to shut it off.
