You need to talk to a professional about your mental health issues. Your parents don't have the expertise to know what's best, and by now they probably don't have the patience left to deal with your issues. Give your parents a break. Get professional help.

Remember, you are not emperor of the universe, so you will not always get your way. It is not the end of the world when you don't get your way, just the end of your good mood, and the start of one of your tantrums. Dump the tantrums and deal with the reality that you can't always have your way. Sometimes it is the turn for others to have their way, which means it is not your turn then.

guestor as a child i always had anger problems but they were over different things. then when i hit 13 years of age i noticed how my moods became more unstable, when i was 14 i was more placid but since 15 years of age and too this day i have problems with my moods and blowing up over small things. i think possibly things are as worse as they have ever been with my temper at the moment.

do you think possibly i have not yet grown out off my teenage hormone issues that can cause mood problems? i have green eyes so maybe thats why i have anger problems?

Parents can be a good support resource, but the other poster is right, you don't want to overburden them. I suggest seeing a doctor and looking into some mood stabilizer meds. I understand the possibility that it might be financially difficult for you (especially if you're from the States), but even if you can see SOMEONE, like an APRN, who can put you on something to calm you down. Personally I have been helped by benzodiazepines but a lot of doctors don't like to prescribe them, including my current one, although I am on a low dose of Klonopin.
