My mental health is running my life. I have lost friends and function very poorly.

What am I going to do?

Do you have a psychiatrist?

How old are you and what's your problems?

I am 23 years old.

Its just my temper/behaviour repels people and I get labelled as 'vile'.

My friends used to really like me but now they think I am unkind person. Its sucks and I just want to change my life

I really sorry to hear that. :(

You should find a therapist to talk about your problems.

temper and behavioural problems are typical for the age especially from childhood through young adulthood, usually they get better when you get older. :)
I was also "freaky" when I was a teenager and young adult.
So keep in mind: it get's better, but please get help. :)

Jamesy, on the grounds that we always get more from constructive criticism than flattery, if you want I will tell you what I see. But don't ask unless you want the truth.

Jamesy, almost every post you have ever made has left a bad impression on me. You come across as entitled and very self-absorbed. It is as if you expect the world to revolve around your needs and show no acknowledgement or concern for the needs of others.

Let me give you a particular example: the work place will never revolve around the needs of aspies, or any other group. It is up to us, as well as everybody else, to integrate ourselves into the workplace, and into the larger societies we find ourselves in as well.

Granted, society oftentimes doesn't treat us very well, and society can be rotten. But that same society is composed of people with their own needs and concerns, and we need to be aware of this. It is also the case that we can change ourselves much easier than we can change the world around us. In fact, all change begins with us. It's what the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche called self-overcoming.

Bottom line: If we want others to consider us as full human beings with our own unique character and needs, we have to treat them as we want to be treated. It is also the case that we need to recognize that the world owes us nothing more, or less, than to be treated with dignity; everything else is earned. When we behave otherwise, we put others needlessly on the defensive, and that does nobody any good.

Of course, not all people are fair, and some won't treat us well no matter how we behave. But most people will treat us as we treat them. We need to avoid those who won't.

I hope you understand I'm NOT trying to be mean; I'm trying to help you. Good luck.

Dude, that sounds a lot like the life my sister still kinda lives in. She has similar problems you do and a lot of people think that she's mean too (I kinda do but at the same time I know she doesn't mean to be that way). Anyway, nobody can change your choices of decision making and stuff but you, only you can decide what you do or say.
