http://www.innerexplorations.com/catpsy/t1c4.htm explains it well, but basically this guy decades ago thought that stereotypically a fat person is friendly etc... and it's obviously pure stereotype, as e.g. I'm more of an endomorph (that is still changing - yet again, he may have even thought that bodies remain as they are forever) but certainly have the supposed reflective traits of an ectomorph (it's described cutely on that page).

I have the bone structure of an endomorph (larger hips and chest + smaller hands and feet) but I'm not that fat. Psychologically I should be an ectomorph with some mesomorph traits. It doesn't really match up.

I'm physically between endomorph and mesomorph. I like food, and I don't like peple nor exercise. I'm psychologically an ectomorph and a little endomorph.
