Another Free MIT course online. Way over my head but some folks here might be interested. Here is the link

Genetics, Neurobiology, and Pathophysiology of Psychiatric Disorders

Just scrolling through the free MIT stuff tonight and posting some free courses that I thought some folks might find interesting - not to mention comprehend, because I certainly can't. However, I'd bet that there are some here who can and who might enjoy learning this.

thank you OOM for posting these they are way over my head also but this is a public service for aspies here if my kinfolk came from more money, at least one of 'em would be MIT material. I will have to show him this link.

I've studied several of those courses. Higher physics and stuff. Believe me, if I can anybody can. I actually flunked out of high school, didn't successfully (sort of but not without trouble) go to college until mid life.

The great thing about them is that they provide visuals (videos, slides, etc.) You can rewind to your heart's content. And so what if you don't understand ALL of it, you will always get some of it. As long as it's a subject you are really interested in, I say go for it.
Plus it's kind of fun to tell people you are taking science classes from MIT or Harvard or wherever. There's some really great stuff there.

That sounds very interesting but I wonder how long I can stick with it. My attention wavers, gets distracted and then starts collecting bees.
