when they prescribe meds in hospital , they gave tje same dosage. Whites blacks take 500 mg r okay, the same 500 mg have a stronger peobably excessive effect on asians maybe natives.

is it true

I don't know what drugs you have in mind.
My doc adjusts my dosage carefully based on how my individual organism reacts to the meds.
I think this is a good practice in general.
Individuals respond differently to meds and while race may play some role in it, there are plenty of other factors.

I think race plays a role in epidemiology but not when it comes to dosing for medications.
