I struggle with this, frequently, and then I get unpleasant withdrawal symptoms before my doctor finally calls in my prescription.

I need to get better at calling further in advance so I have a surplus and don’t run out entirely.

Does anyone else have a problem with this?

I wish I wasn’t on anything because then it wouldn’t be an issue.

I use a mail order pharmacy and set up auto refills to do it automatically.

But, we changed to a new insurance company and it is a real hassle as they change their software.

The problem for me is that a couple of mine are controlled substances, so I have to take the scripts to the pharmacy and can only get a 30 day supply.

I was off one of them for over a week because I was having trouble with my insurance.

I felt lousy!

I use a pill reminder, which holds a weeks worth of pills in seven compartments, each marked with a day of the week. They also come in other sizes.

I’m going to start using one, too.

I'm into cute stuff so I bought some cute pill reminders to motivate me to take my pills. At first it worked but then it lost its charm
