I was wondering what percentage of remote neural monitoring victims are tortured.

@misha00: There is no such thing as "Remote Neural Monitoring", so there can be no 'victims' of remote neural monitoring, and thus there are no 'victims' of remote neural monitoring to torture.

I suggest that you seek counselling from appropriately-trained and license mental-health professionals.

I thought he might have been referring to remote EEGs. I had one done and wasn’t tortured although it gets itchy and uncomfortable after awhile. :P
