This is just a mini rant, mostly. I’ve been doing pretty good lately.

Sometimes avoiding a trigger is impossible. Not being able to get my sleep is a big trigger for me, but when you have a kid, it’s unavoidable sometimes. I get panicky, anxious, and have thoughts that I certainly wouldn’t usually have.

I’ve tried working on this in therapy but nothing seems to help this particular issue. It’s frustrating.

CPTSD is hard to get rid of.
Sleep deprivation makes it worse.
Hard not to be sleep deprived with young children.
I'm sorry you're going through this. It's good you realize what's going on.

It’s really the only trigger I can’t avoid, but it might be the worst one.

Have you tried playing around with any medicine or diet to help with the panicking feeling?
