This is just a mini rant, mostly. I’ve been doing pretty good lately.
Sometimes avoiding a trigger is impossible. Not being able to get my sleep is a big trigger for me, but when you have a kid, it’s unavoidable sometimes. I get panicky, anxious, and have thoughts that I certainly wouldn’t usually have.
I’ve tried working on this in therapy but nothing seems to help this particular issue. It’s frustrating.
