I would rather go back to the way I was before I developed Schizophrenia. Before my Schizophrenia, I had Social Anxiety. About 7% of people have it, whereas only about 1% of people have Schizophrenia. I know there is no "going back", at least not truly; but I have been taking medication, to a greater or lesser extent, for my Schizophrenia for twelve years. When will the craziness end? I want to be normal.

What syndroms do you have? Do antipsychotic drugs help with them?

I was misdiagnosed with schizophrenia, it sucks!

I have Paranoid Schizophrenia and Social Anxiety Disorder. The antipsychotics do help with them. However, lately I have been feeling like I might be over-medicated.

Talk to your doc about it. Maybe you need some tuning of doses.
In my case, antipsychotics made things only worse but the doc wouldn't listen :/
If your doc doesn't listen, find another doc.
The goal is to make you functional.
