Can I develop PTSD from my psychosis?

I feel scared!



I have hard time telling the difference between my hallucination that I once had and reality.

I once had this scary hallucination that I killed another child when I was four years old.

This hallucination felt so real that it torments and scares me!

I texted the Crisis text line about it as well.

I am suffering from milder form of Schizoaffective Disorder.

I had this delusion for ten years.

There is such thing called "High-functioning psychosis or Schizophrenia"

It means that you have all of the symptoms of Schizophrenia but it is so mild to the point where you can do normal everyday tasks and even do well in school.

That is were people like me come from.
