When you feel depressed...

find comfort and rest first, give yourself time to rest and recover. if it continues then look for other ways to lift the curtain and let in some light. There are so many alternatives today that nobody should have to suffer and struggle with depression. Don't be afraid to reach out if you feel overwhelmed.
