Hi folks,

Just wondering, for those that have experienced it or seen it, what does dysphoric hypomania feel like, and what do doctors do to make it lift? What is it like to go through day by day? I may be experiencing it, getting checked out at the hospital initially for a couple of days. Thanks in advance.

Oh I've never heard of that before

All the best with your hospital appointment

Dysphoria just means a general feeling of distress. So in this case, the distress seems to be related to the experiencing of the hypomania.

I am not sure what doctors can do about it, Matt, but I hope it passes soon for you.

A mixed state. Like depression but with energy and ambition.
