I had this friend for a bit, she always says she is a lesbain and only sees guys as friends or something to tease.Lately she has been making comments that she sees me as a girl...and been sending me some...cheer me up pictures and "jokingly" calling me a girls name and is "So happy we met" Is she trying to say she sees me as her girlfrind? or just teasing me?

Perhaps she likes you and would like something romantic but can't because she's a lesbian, and she's wishing that you were a girl. I've been in situations before in which I liked a girl very much and wished that I was straight so there could be something there.

So is she slowly turning me into a girl in her mind?

I don't know. Maybe. It won't make any difference if she does.

You'd be surprised to know how many lesbian/gays are actually bisexual. Often it's just that it feel simpler and easier for them to choose a side. Sometimes they like feminine men/masculine women but these are so rare that they don't consider them and just say that they are lesbian/gay.

Try to enhance your feminine side and see if you can seduce her ;)

A lot of people think bisexuals don't exist, or else that they just want to have sex with everyone - and so they call themselves gay, if they are (this drives my proper little dictionary brain CRAZY  ) If she is actually a lesbian she won't be interested in a physically male person. If you are physically male and she's acting flirtatiously (which it sounds as though she is) you could ask her... I don't know, try to catch her out in her inconsistant behaviour? If someone was calling me by a name that wasn't of my choice, it would annoy me. Is it annoying you?

I mean... speaking as a lesbian, what she's doing sounds totally bizarre. While I have wished straight girls were bi, I have never wished guys were girls... that would require actually thinking about guys

Maybe she just thinks you're transgender and wants you to know it's okay if you tell her. She might just think she's "sensing" it, or maybe she thinks you're secretly hinting it to her.

I'm get the impression from your post that she's flirting with you so she must be attracted to you. She's probably bisexual. People can change as they grow older or new situations happen and new people will come into their lives that will make them realize something different about themselves. It happens all the time.

I don't see what they big deal is and why they try to hide it other than they're worried what someone else might think of them. I've been bisexual most of my life - it's really no big deal.

She probably doesn't know how to approach you about how she's feeling. So she's doing what she's doing, beating around the bush sorta speak. The real question is, how do you feel about her and what are you going to do about it to let her know one way or the other.
