do you find that you're looking over each shoulder constantly ie

if you're with other lgbtqqs/etc, you're worrying about them finding out you're on the spectrum, and then when you're with people that know you're on the spectrum and vice versa?

if you do find that you're doing this, do you find it exhausting (ie 20% of your energy goes into this process....)

Nope. I don't usually initiate any conversation around myself, but my Facebook page has the relevant details for anyone curious enough to look and if anyone wants to talk about it, I'll answer. But anyone who knows me knows I'm a bit strange anyway.

I can't say I do worry about these things. I don't care if people think I'm gay (which I am), or just very quirky. Nobody's ever given me any crap over it.

Likewise. I don't advertise my homosexuality, but I don't make a secret of it either. All my work colleagues know, for instance. My autism, however, is my special secret. Very few people know about that - you lot are safe, because you don't know me in what passes for reality.

Ditto.

(Though key people at work do know about my ASD)
