Yeah, I tend to get certain bits of lyrics stuck in my head for long periods of time, too, whether I like the song they come from or not. Right now, I have a bit of "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down" stuck in my head, and it's not such a bad thing =)

...it's much worse when it's the theme to Green Acres...

Today, the song in my head is the Aura Battler Dunbine opening theme.

Usually it is my current favorite song. Right now, the lyrics from "The Whine Up" are repeating themselves over....and over....and over.....

I am perpetually plagued with ear worms....they change over time, but some will last days and days. Currently it's "Leaving on a Jet Plane"...but I recall a recent particularly obnoxious couple of days where I couldn't get the phrase "Oz didn't give nothing to the Tin Man that he didn't already have....blah blah blah(didn't know the lyrics)..something of..Sir Gallahad" over and over and over

At this particular point in time, Underoath's "Writing on the Walls" plays in my mind.

Sometimes I will have up to five different songs playing in my head. The one that stands out, is "Moan" by Trentemoller. I recently purchased an album from i-tunes, that has only that song, in 7 different variations. Heaven!

I think its some combination of me bumping this in the car and going to see American Gangster last night, I've been humming the melody to this song all day. Having that beat up in my car on stereo too just gives me mad chills.

Nice beats. I haven't heard Fugees in a while. What do you think of Justice?

That bass line is insane. Probably one of the most innovative videos I've seen in a while, too. I love near the end where we see all the words fly past slowly enough so that we can just figure why they are familiar before the next one hits. Love it.

That song was "Tin Man" by America.

The songs that echo in my head are my own original songs I can't seem to fully write all the way like I get half of the melodies, music,& writing of the song stuck in my head & can't seem to get it out
