Is this my fate then?
To linger amongst the fallen things
Where night terrors hide in shadows
Watching. Waiting. Hunting me.

Plagued by memories
They echo through these halls
Screeching their bittersweet beckoning
Clawing at the doors of my mind
Where deepest longing and fear lie dormant

Hearing the clash of far off battle
This fortress at last in siege
It screams it's hatred of Light
Laughter. Warmth. Feeling.

I taste the lingering sound of music
It leads me to that which I search
The key so near
To free this self made prison of the Dark.

The Moment of Impact.

This is what it feels like to be William Creedon right now:

You walk into the Taunton River, thinking that this river will save your soul, that your younger brother cannot shoot you, that you are invincible. Suddenly, a voice calls out to you, making you feel whole. You flash back to the days when you were younger, perhaps of school age, when your family was all that mattered; "I'm home" is all you say, before your mind goes into the world of light.

And that my friends, is how William Creedon felt the day he died.

Ruth announces Rose won't be out of the hospital before Christmas... "The show must go on!" says Sam. Elizabeth looks worried, and Emily, even in her checkered dress shows worry, and she truly is worried about her sister... Ruth and Sam come up with an ingenious plan: If she can't come home for Christmas, then we'll bring Christmas to her.

Emily Langdon, wearing a polka dot dress and petticoat. This picture is of Emily at Quannapowitt Dunes State Park. Lake Quannapowitt is one of the Creedonian Great Lakes. This is the second to last day of fun for Emily, before she has to go to school in Peter City, where, unbeknownst to her, she will meet her twin sister, Rose.

Wow....that's beautiful, mesmerising. Weird thing is, staring at the center is actually soothing me. I really like the bits of bright blue and gold. For some reason, I'm seeing owl eyes right above the center. oO

I don't know much about that type of art though.

If you'd like, I can make a version of it in the exact resolution for your monitor to use as a wallpaper, without any loss to quality (its a little compressed in this thread though, so it would be more horizontally stretched if I made you one). I currently have a 1920x1080 version, as well as a 11XXx720 version (don't remember the exact resolution, but its the resolution of a friend's macbook).

I'd really like that! I was thinking of saving it into my computer, but I thought that'd be considering stealing if it was with your permission.
