I finally got a project in mind. After drawing the spellcaster piece, I descided I am going to turn it into a story. My plan is for a short-length tale consisting on several installments accompanied by a drawing, but who knows. The way inspiration goes I am not sure how to predict the end results. I had planned a while back to have a collection of single-frame comics called Ghosties, and I only got a few made before I lost interest. However I am very exited about this project. I got the cover, being spellcaster and the first installment of the story with the illustration has just been submitted as well called Spellcaster_002. Enjoy! Comments and suggestions ALWAYS appreciated as long as they are constructive!

I may not put every single piece with the lit in here, I do not wan to HOG the thread but you can follow it on deviantart.

The Raven is one of my favorite works of Poe, mostly because of the cadence, especially if read real fast. I love ravens, too! This piece is black AND red to make it a bit more macabre, as if the bird was covered in blood.

This is a bit of a sensitive piece for me. Call it shyness, weariness,etc. But I do not like how I look, and avoid mirrors like the plague. I feel as weird looking at my face as I do everyone else's. But an artist cannot thrive through cowardice.
