I actively follow XKCD, Girls With Slingshots, SMBC, Nerf This, Dumbing of Age, Hark! A Vagrant, and Questionable Content (my favorite).
Interesting ones I don't keep up with are My Cardboard Life, Forever 16, Scandinavia and the World, PHD comics

Looking For Group, El Goonish Shive and The Adventures of DR. McNinja are the ones I follow. Dinosaur Comics and xkcd are the ones I read occasionally. I used to read megaTokyo, but it takes too long to update; it is easier to stay away from it a year or more so I can read 10 new pages at once.

I never got into P.B.F, but Homestuck is plain amazing. I don't even know if "webcomic" is the right term for it. I guess it gets called that because that is the closest thing that it fits. In a sense, it is really amazing.
