I don't like either one of them. While they do have catchy songs, it's not my taste in style.

However, Gaga is far more talented than Kesha. Kesha is just pretty awful besides catch factor.

I think Gaga's biggest talent is being slu*ty

Because heaven forbid a woman should show any sort of sexual drive.

I like mostly classic rock music, but I must admit I love some of Lady Gaga's music, and her absolutely mad outfits. She did a cracking perfomance at the Royal Variety Performance 2009, wearing a gothic-like shakespearean outfit and playing a piano suspended in the air! :D

Kesha? Well I know nothing of her music, except for this :D:

It's bad when little girls start thinking it's kewl to act like crack-whores. People should be getting ahead in life by being smart & responsible instead of getting rewarded stupid wild behavior

I might be missing a thing or two but I always thought Gaga was more psychedellic than anything else? When you look at her outfits and for the most part her videos it more abstract and sort of schizovisual, at its weirdest its like watching old Missy Elliot or Busta Rhymes videos again.

People for some reason start likening her to Madonna here and there as well and I frankly don't get it, one guy I met at a party mentioned that he thought she was a cheap knock-off, opinion is individual I suppose but that's like saying that Marilyn Manson was a cheap Alice Cooper or Kiss knockoff - it just seems superficial and lacking, regardless of whether someone likes her or not. What, she's female, blonde and dresses weird? That's hardly a carbon copy, much like Marilyn Manson and Kiss are hardly carbon copy for wearing costumes, facepaint, and being rockers rather than rappers (which I suppose the next rapper to paint his/her face, regardless of how he/she does it or what its about may perhaps have their identity dictated to them by whether their a good knock-off or cheap knock-off on ICP, people never cease to amaze me).

That's a fine talent to have. The world needs more sluts.

She doesn't behave any worse than your average male rockstar (and is probably better behaved).

You do have a point but she's much more popular & gets a lot more media attention & her songs get much more airplay than most rock stars. Pop music is geared towards younger fans & singing about blow-jobs & anal sex is very inappropriate for the target audience. Ke$ha ain't much better but she seems a little more responsible on interviews & stuff

Just because it's pop music doesn't mean it's automatically geared towards teens.

Lady Gaga's target audience is 18 to 25.

First of all, there are famous male rockstars who sing about the same subjects.
Second of all, her main audience is gay people and younger women. I'm pretty sure they can handle hearing songs about sexual acts.

That doesn't mean she gears her music towards them. It just means some parents have no f*****g sense. :-)
