Well, I really like Fullmetal Alchemist, that's about the best ever in my opinion. Also, Yotsubato!, Perfect Girl Evolution/The Wallflower, Faster than a Kiss, and Tasogare Otome x Amnesia (Dusk Maiden of Amnesia). Nausicaa was good, too, but confusing. I read all of Usagi Drop, but it had a really weird finish. I liked it when she was little still.

Thank 'ee, Leeloo gets a lot of positive feedback. Someone even thought it was a picture of me (I wish!).

Recently checked out the manga adaptation of "Mein Kampf", it was such a weird idea I just had to see for myself how it was. Even stranger, Hitler is credited as writer!
However it wasn´t as bad as one might suspect, it turned out to be a just biography of Hitlers life before his rise to power but with the intent of showing more of Hitlers peronality than just his crazy moments.
I´d hardly recommend it though, I don´t think this subject can really be made justice in comic book form.

And to think I was amazed to see a Hamlet manga... I clearly have not begun to delve into the possibilities.

I don't really enjoy reading manga as much as I did before. The only manga that I still really like is Yotsubato! :D

Death Note
Naruto
Monster

I flit to other mangas to find something interesting, but most feel too cliche and "storyline starts with the opposite sex meeting the other and forming a bond with them" that irritates me. Can't tell why =p

The only manga I have read that I liked was MX0, too bad it was so perverted...and I sort of forgot about it.

It's incomplete anyways.

Since my last post I've read Pig Bride and 1/2 Prince and liked them very much.

My favorite manga? All of them :)
My number 1 favorite manga is Case Close/Detective Conan, and all the other manga I read are tied at number 2. These manga are: Death Note, Itsuwaribito, Black Butler, Bakuman, LIFE, Nana, Genkaku Picasso, Countdown Seven Days, and every single BL/yaoi manga I've come across. (This list would be much longer if I listed all my fave manga)

One Piece, Dragon Ball/DBZ & Shirokuma Cafe. I like "serious" manga like Akira, Death Note and Golgo 13, I've just got a soft spot for Shonen & Josei manga! (I don't like Naruto though)

Old thread is old!

I've recently been getting into Bleach. The library has the first 20 or so volumes, and I've been reading a volume every day I had the chance. I'm currently on Volume 10. I'm really enjoying the setting and the characters.

Library also has Battle Angel Alita, Death Note, and Berserk, I'm thinking of reading those when I finish the Bleach volumes. I'm not very familiar with manga as you can tell. I also heard good things about DNAngel, which my library also has in their collection.

I read most of Akira, but my favourite part of it is the 4th volume of the 6-part phonebook sized collection. I'm talking about the one in which Tetsuo has basically become the de facto ruler of the post-disaster Neo-Tokyo, with Akira serving as an idol for people to worship, and Kaneda missing after the satellite incident. Chiyoko is an absolute badass. Such a pity she wasn't featured in the anime movie adaptation. I can't believe I read Akira some 5 years ago, yet it's still quite fresh in my memory.
