It's okay. I like breakcore/IDM and DNB better though.

I think a bit of it can be incorporated well into some songs, but I certainly don't like the idea of it as a genre in itself as it tends to get quite obnoxious.........I mean a whole song of it is just a little much.

Dubstep I don't like:

Spot the difference, even if you think both are ****.

I like dubstep when it's softer sounding and has more of the dubstep beat than the wobs. I don't like noise wobby stuff too much, it hurts my head.

Not dubstep.

Not one of his good tunes either.

Starting to move off the more 'classic' dubstep and into the newer turn it's taking. Allot of artists are now colaborating (Including extremely popular Korn with dubstep artists such as excision)

It amazes me every time I hear one of these metal/dubstep combinations! They're two very different genres and yet they seem to fuse great! And it's also great to hear dubstep tunes with lyrics (Well at least more then one sentence repeated for 5mins...)

(If you're less into lyrics but still like the combination of instruments and dubstep then Excision is far better http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjKzV9gl490)

If the above doesn't float your boat here's something that's better:
I only really listen to that style of dubstep when I've listened to too much drumstep (Combination of dubstep + drum and bass) Specifically Figure (http://soundcloud.com/figure/michael-myers-is-dead) I've yet to hear much other music that sounds like what figure makes... (Drops at about 1:00) Caution the link has language (F word)
Note: Every Figure song has a storyline. I get the greatest ideas for art when listening to it.

I've always had a personal quote concerning phat dubstep, dnb and other electronic music in general:

"I like it when you hear sounds coming from machines that end up sounding like machines on their own."

Phace & Misanthrop being pioneers in creating these sounds:
