*raises hand* I'm not big on hardcore, but i'm a fan of metal. I tend to keep an open mind to all of metal's sub-genres, with the exception of deathcore/nu-metal and most metalcore (Namely crap like Bullet for my Valentine and Atreyu.)

My fave bands are Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Opeth, Arch Enemy, Mors Principium Est, Candlemass, Evile, Municipal Waste, Fear Factory, Pantera, the list goes on and on

I really like NYHC. Agnostic Front, Warzone, Madball, etc. To me it kinda just sounds like my city, and I dig it for that.

I like Industrial Metal, too. Rammstein and Ministry and whatnot.

Well I like metal and only Hatebreed's hardcore music. http://www.last.fm/user/Sanity_Theorist shows my tastes pretty well, but I don't have an album from all my bands yet.

Favorite bands include Dark tranquillity, Mnemic, Caliban, Trivium, Machine Head, and American Head Charge.

I am curious though, how many bands do you guys listen to? I listen to 157 that have material and am considering 2 others that have just recently formed.

RushKing, that's a lot of bands with 0 plays. Is your Last.fm like me where you just need a cd from some of those bands?

Just because the bands RushKing listens to doesn't mean they aren't big for not having 0 plays on Last FM. Most of his bands are unique and underground, unlike the core bands.
