Something like that, as I'd like my autobiography to sell a lot of copies, and the best way to do that is to have a silly name.

I'd like to make a suggestion... slap your avatar on the front of the book and call it, "Growing Up Amish in Holland". Instant best seller IMO.

I'll wait until I have a nice beard to go along with that.
Wouldn't mind having a horse-driven buggy, either. But I do want internet access. :P

There are no Amish in Holland!

If I knew how to write a proper one, I would call it ''Ode To Be Naturally Social''.

If I could write a cartoon (or a series of cartoons like the Simpsons) about the events and people in my life, I could call it ''Top Village''. I just like the sound of that name. But the cartoons wouldn't be doom and gloom, they would be funny and very illogical.

That's why it would be a best seller.

It would be intriguing to see the Amish in person. I love visiting museums.

Yes, people like things that look so unreal they're probably funny. In the Netherlands, there's a book called 'Echte mannen eten geen kaas', or 'real men don't eat cheese'. It's about forced prostitution, but someone I know only found out after he'd bought the book based on the title, expecting a funny, surreal book. That's a shame, but it was very popular.

I'd call mine "Alex in Wonderland" - Alex being my first name, and Wonderland referring to my imaginary world (and to a lesser extent, the fact that I was once obsessed with Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland).

Unfortunately, there aren't many well-known stories or movies around where the main character's name is similar to Quentin.
If there were, I'd probably be able to find a nice play on words for them.

I like that title - it could mean anything, and that creates an interest in your book.

I know I already posted in this thread, but I have another idea for an autobiography title:

"The End of Summer" - I would title it this because there have been several years when I have thought, "I want to kill myself, but I'm going to wait until summer's over when all of my visiting family members leave and the weather gets worse." But I always chickened out in the end.
