Oh?I think in reference to getting correct syllabic sounds; could do a synthesized voice, but it would not provide articulation... and voices which provide speech would not have the melodic capabilities - this is at least my experience working with vocal pieces.

That does the melodic component as well. There are others which are a bit more lofi which do the melodic component as well. Just need to find them.
