Just as long as I don't become the next Chris-chan, I'm happy.

1. You should concentrate on doing one really good picture. A lot of your pictures look like you took about ten minutes to do them.
2. Have you considered buying a tablet for your computer? Drawing with a mouse is really hard, and a tablet would not only be easier but your drawings would look better.
3. Download Artrage. You can get a bare-bones edition for free, the results look a lot better than MS Paint, and the upgraded editions are still quite cheap (the most expensive version is $80, and the cheapest is $20).

Hi Ackman, I've been following your posts, looking at your pictures, and watching/reading about the Creedon world for some time now, and I really admire what you've created. What intrigues me the most is that there seems to be several interwoven stories revolving around your characters, and your pictures tell some of the story but not the whole story. So I find myself wanting to learn more of the story(ies). Along these lines, perhaps you could make series of panels that tell mini-stories kind of like a comic book, for example to tell the story of the "Battle of the _____" or "The Death of _____". How about drawing some family trees? Or drawing a timeline of key historical "eras"? So what I'm trying to say is, I'd like to see/hear more of the story you've created. Thanks for sharing! :D

I'm actually working on a family tree now. As for a time line that is also in the works.

Hey Ackman, here is a collection of turn-of-the-century photographs for inspiration and reference. Some are very high quality and very good for culling period details:

I'd have voted for Gen. Creedon over Obama (or McCain) given the choice. :D

His time to be elected was in 1912 and 1916.

Because you like to do it.

Plenty of stuff doesn't get praise, but that doesn't mean people don't like it. They're just not posting. I understand that it does get frustrating when you post a bunch of your work and nobody seems to notice. Happens to me, too.
