^ GIMP is a good (and free) alternative to PhotoShop.

Morgan Freeman would look good as Santa (assuming he was wearing a fat suit), wouldn't he. :D

Taken with an iPhone at uni, these are two characters who are supposed to be an interracial couple but I'm not entirely sure what to do with them yet. Gareth's name is Anglo-Saxon in origin while Kasaqa's is Nubian.

Brandon: I like your hand drawn pictures. I think they are much "warmer," have more personality than the computer generated ones. Very nice!

Actually, all my art has hand-drawing involved to one degree or another. The lineart for the "computer-generated" ones is hand-drawn and scanned in; it's only the coloring and shading that's done in GIMP.

Oh, that's wild. Do you adjust the color/contrast of the scanned-in line drawings in GIMP, too? They're so even...my black line work always comes through a little spotty when I scan it. Some darker spots, some lighter...

I usually don't tamper with the color or contrast. I guess it's the scanner that's the issue.

Here's one of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic original characters. Her name is Starry Night and she's an artist who prefers to work late at night and sleep during most of the day. In my imaginary world, she is in a relationship with Twilight Sparkle and they have a little filly together named Moonlight Shadow. I recently drew a picture of the little family and I will upload it in the near future after I outline and color it.

A map for Gareth and Kasaqa's story. Kasaqa hails from the land of Hedjari in the map's northeastern region while Gareth is a pirate who prowls the northern sea and operates from Ovaegir Island. Keshta is a powerful and militaristic civilization that has imperialistic designs on Hedjari, and Kasaqa and Gareth must work together to resist their invasion.

Brandon, I think so. I was really surprised and disappointed that there aren't any movies out that has Morgan Freeman as a Santa, (well at least that I'm aware of or could find). He's already played God, so why the Hell not? :D

I agree with Taupey on the dress, although green is my favorite color.
