'All Downhill From Birth'
But to be fair, if you're on a downhill ride, what can you do but stick your arms in the air and enjoy the plunge?
Nah, seriously, I've had my downs, but also plenty of ups to even it out; I shouldn't complain.
Sometimes, I've actually come up with stuff before that would make pretty good titles for an autobiography; but I can't recall them now.
Also, IdahoRose, cool that you're giving Stacie Orrico a nod.

this is similar to what I was going to suggest: "Born at a tender age, and all downhill from there."
I always wonder about the figurative use of downhill/uphill and which one I should use... "downhill" conveys the sense of descent/degradation but makes it sound like such an easy ride, while "uphill" sounds appropriately like hard work but also makes it sound like things are improving. I'm never quite sure how to take it when other people use such phrases, either.
Other possibilities- "Death: An Asymptotic Approach;" "Grendel's Guide to Quaffing and Other Mirth-Hall Etiquette."
