The primary purpose of an mp3 is to keep it's file-size down. Yet your file is huge.

No, it isn't - at least, not in comparison to all the other music I have. 192kbps is the lowest bitrate I'm willing to go with mp3s - below that, and it usually starts to sound bad to me.

I just checked the files again. The first file contains 48 minutes of music uploaded at 192kbps. The second contains 43 minutes of music uploaded at 224kbps. These are not big files. Anywhere between 128-320kbps are the most common bitrates I see, and most of the albums I have that are in mp3 format are above 70mb.

Hah! Didnt realize it was an album, not a song. My mistake. Sorry for the spam, all... Wish I could delete it.

Here's a rough mix of a piece that I've been working on. It can be classified as triphop, with perhaps some grungy industrial overtones.

I've added a few more songs to my Youtube channel. Let me know your honest opinions. Don't tell me that I suck. I take that as a threat. http://www.youtube.com/user/NightHawk877

It's all done electronically, whith nothing but a mixer, Propellerhead Reason, Sonar 8.5 producer, and a casio keyboard for MIDI input. I'm working on another one, but I'm a little slow since I'm still figuring out the technology.

Wow, that's a heck of a concept - great mood as well. What I think it could use though is a drumfunk or jazzstep remix :). I'll be out of town for the next few weeks but do you care if I give it a try when I get back?

I'm not an aspie, but I have played the piano my entire life. Now I just randomly make music up for the most part. I just got some software so I could record from my digital piano to the computer. So here is a youtube video of one of my pieces, set to a whole slew of photos, which I also took as I am a photographer wannabe as well.

Wasn't sure whether to post this or not for a while, IMO it was a good try but for some reason Soundcloud's codec gave me a lot of trouble. This was my entry for the Sabre - One Hundred Teeth remix context currently being wrapped up by Knowledge Mag on that site right now:

Also I realize that the volume is a bit low, I probably did a few counterproductive things to the mix while trying to get around the codec issue :|.

New track: Footsteps on the Ceiling. I wrote it as a track for a friend to freestyle rap over and had a limited time to record it, so bear that in mind. Tell me what you think/what could have been improved.
