Lilly (watercolor pencils)
About a dozen pieces of card stock and several hours later I produced this piece. I just started using watercolor pencils late evening yesterday and been practicing ever since. Did not quite like how this scanned. It looks better than this live >,< But I think it came out better than it could have.

I don't want to seem rude or anything, but I wish someone could draw at least one of the non-human races from my fantasy world Chitheria Tempus, or at least create your own map of it, since I suck at that. Could someone please do that for me?

You know what, I'll give that a try.

Ever wondered what an Asian person would look like if drawn in an anime or manga style? Obviously figuring out how to draw the eyes posed a small challenge, for anime eyes are almost antithetical in dimension and shape to Asian people's eyes. How would epicanthic folds translate into the anime style?

This is supposed to be a male character BTW.

The huntress can never afford inattention to her surroundings, for prey or danger may lurk anywhere in the jungle's shadowy depths.

If it isn't clear, that thing coming out from behind her head is supposed to be a ponytail of bound dreads swishing about.

This quick sketch of a Japanese man represents what first comes to mind when I think of Japanese culture. I’m not really a Japanophile like many of my generation, but neither do I really dislike the Japanese people or their culture either.

I tried, and I failed. But what the heck:

I understand. You must have difficulty with the tail and lack of hair on the elves, as well as their short height.

 I just drew an elf. xD

Had more success with this lovely little Rin Kagamine paperchild.

Thought I'd give everyone a sneak peek character of my comic.

Meet Crag, the Onix. He's the silent type (he literally can't speak or even grunt, but why he can't... *spoilers*), but knows how to put up a good fight! He is a gentle soul around humans associated with Garrett (the main character/trainer) and other Pokemon unless he gets annoyed by them, then becomes aggrevated and swipes them with his tail or headbutts them (one character in particular, who constantly talks, usually is on the receiving end). Although Crag is a strong fighter, he has a bad tendancy to literally fall apart if pushed way beyond his limits in battle, which happens more than Garrett would like to admit.

Done on Photoshop CS2 and a Wacom Connect tablet :D

I was talking about one of my elves.

Also, I think you have an interest in Vocaloids or whatever they are called, since that is what I believe you are drawing pictures of, and that the thing you just made was one.

Am I correct?

The famous female Pharaoh Hatshepsut proudly displays her abundant assets here. What a bootylicious Queen of the Nile!

In historical reality, Hatshepsut had grown very overweight when she died at middle age, as analysis of her mummy has shown, but I like to think she kept better care of her figure in her youth.

Yes, you are correct.

The Egyptian Pharaoh Hatshepsut and the Macedonian conqueror Alexander the Great may have lived centuries apart, but little things like chronological accuracy need not get in the way of a good interracial shipping. This also marks the second time I've drawn Hatshepsut from behind.

Ruling the Late Cretaceous food chain with iron teeth can really tire a Tyrannosaurus rex out, so now he prepares to take a nap after a day's hunting.

No, that isn't a juvenile T. Rex you're seeing, but a fully grown adult. I'm not sold on the common notion that tyrannosaurids would have shed all their feathers as they grew larger; not only do feathers keep heat out better than hair, but even elephants in the African tropics retain some hairy integument (on their tails, for example).
