I've had this in my head all week!

The harmonies are frisson overload for me (in a good way). Isabella, what do harmonies like this do for you in relation to synesthesia?

This is worth a listen too. I played violin for a few years. Seeing this makes me want to take up the violin again.

Very cool how she uses the bow for percussion in this song.

Re: I'm on fire.

You've mentioned frisson before but I didn't quite understand it until this song. During the harmonies I had light-blue shivers in my lower legs, like a feeling of crackling ice. Everything was pale blue, actually. Very cool! (Literally!)

^ How cool. Thank you for sharing.

This song gives me frisson waves all over and goosebumps when the choruses kick in. Any colors for you? This would be a great song to play on a road trip.

Re: Heartless Bastards

I was hung up on the title and kept thinking of heartless bastards I know in real life. Seriously though! It was hard to get past that title and the song bothered me at times where I wanted to stop it. At other times I really liked it. I think if I didn't know the name of it I would have seen more colours but it was more of a trigger than anything. No worries, it's OK!

PS, now upon reflection I realise I was picturing a specific location throughout the whole song. A place near where my father grew up. I don't know where that came from, because I was very close to my dad and the title isn't him!

This one gets me every time. If I want to check to see if my eyes can still well up from emotion this one is a perfect test.

Ahhhh, the sopranos! Shivers!! ! That was very pretty!! Did it say who the choir was? I didn't notice.

I'm already excited that we're past the hump-day of the year, heading to Christmas hymns.

I don't recall if it said who the choir was. Imagine being there when it happened.

I still have Hallelujah in my head, and yes it was beautiful! I've never seen a live flash-mob but that would really be emotional to witness. How many days until Xmas music? I start mid-November.
