I only know Elton music on a superficial level, but i always liked this song.

I interpreted this video as the bear wrestling with the confederacy.
You can see the person with the confederacy flag on their back, in 'the ring', in this video.
For me, the 'wokeists' were/are the confederacy. They represent ideological 'supremacy' & supremacy is essentially just beating your enemies into submission by taking over the proverbial 'playground'.
So the bear is actually the force of nature that is doing good by challenging the confederacy/wokeism.
It might seem difficult to understand that if, as someone who is embedded in wokeism - that you believe the confederacy is your 'enemy'.
The reality is that white supremacy & wokeism are two different sides of the same coin, complete opposites, but both share the same tactic of 'supremacy', neither of which is desirable to me, as an individual.
That is how I have always viewed things.
