In a different, alternate reality - Data has a glitch his his computer processing systems - lasting just a couple of seconds. The Klingon has victory in his arm wrestle - victory over a machine during this moment.

Data remembers winning, however.

Even Data has to stop the drones, at times.

Data was basically the prototypical free American in this series. Though he was a machine, he got given his human rights. The borg were a mindless collective and had nothing but their collective.
