'Ring Ring' was recorded by ABBA in early 1973 as a contender for Sweden's Eurovision entry that year. It failed to achieve that objective, but it's still one of their best songs in my opinion. Agnetha was on maternity leave at this time, so her place is taken here by a lady called Inger Brundin.

....and here are the group performing the song the following year on the Tommy Cooper Show in the UK, presumably after their Eurovision winning entry with 'Waterloo'. Agnetha is back as well. Tommy Cooper was a British comedian and magician who had a lot of success on TV in the 1960s and 1970s. He came to a sad end when he died on stage in front of the TV cameras during a live performance at the Royal Variety Show in 1984.
