Billy Idol- Rebel Yell, but it makes me sad because Alexi Lahio of Children of Bodom did a really good cover of it, but he's dead now. So I suppose it is good I saw him in concert once as he won't be performing anymore with his unfortunate condition of being dead. But idk I think he should get a spot in the rock and roll hall of fame as a great guitarist who died younger than he should have. But when does the rock and roll hall of fame ever make rational decisions, they haven't even added system of a down, which those guys were awesome.

This song has come into my head today for no very obvious reason that I can discern. Procul Harum have always been best known for a single called 'A Whiter Shade Of Pale' which was released in 1967, but I've never seen the appeal or even the point of that song.
'Conquistador', which I first heard circa 1972 (when it was released as a single), made a much better impression, though it seems that it first appeared on the band's debut album in 1967 alongside the previously mentioned song.

A song by a group called 'The Fortunes' from late 1971 or early 1972, as I recall. Fairly middling stuff, but interesting for the visuals - that's probably a BBC 'Top Of The Pops' audience, though it's difficult to be certain. Goodness knows what that stuff at the end is all about, seems to be from a Dutch TV show...

The RRHOF seems to be much more interested in naming every single band that was on the radio in the 70s before considering newer acts.
