I just finished "Play: How It Shapes the Brain, Opens the Imagination, and Invigorates the Soul" by Stuart Brown. If you've got an active "inner child" like I do, you'll feel really validated. :D The author is the founder of the National Institute for Play.

I'm reading Catch-22 at the moment, it's hilarious :D Great book. That's the fourteenth book since June that I've read, I'd love to get a few medical books but I don't want to seem like a complete dork

predictably irrational by Dan Ariely, on the same line of malcom gladwell books. Makes you rethink if you are in control of your decisions. There's a good summary on Wikipedia: link

I am reading The Mighty Book of Boosh by Noel Fielding, Julian Barratt, Richard Fulcher, Dave Brown, Richard A yoade, and Michael Fielding.

If you love the show you'll love the book.

Funny as hell!!

I'm reading an online book: http://www.brokentype.com/monster/000263.html
I think it's actually turning out to be pretty good, but I'm only on chapter 6.
It's about zombies.

I'm also reading Moby Dick. We never read classics like that at my school. Nobody tells you its hilarious.

Dead Beat (The Dresden Files, Volume VII) by Jim Butcher - it's hilarious and awesome at the same time.

Simple enough. Post the title, author, and series (if applicable) of a book you are currently reading. You don't have to be reading it RIGHT NOW, but you must be somewhere between start and finish.

Me, I picked up Lady Knight by Tamora Pierce at the school library this morning. It's the only one in the Protector of the Small series that i haven't read. (yes, i am a guy; yes, the main character is a girl; yes, there is some girly stuff in this book, but since the girl in question is a knight, it isn't THAT bad...)

Tamora Pierce is my favorite! She was the first fantasy author I ever read and have a whole shelf for just her books in my library.

Right now I'm switching between two books: Personal Effects Dark Art and The Compass Rose. I'm loving both of them. Just finished rereading The Onion Girl a couple days ago.

Personally I prefer books in audio format at the moment (much easier on my eyes, plus I can do other stuff while listening and it keeps co-workers from bugging me), but really miss the time lately to just sit and read for hours like I used to. I've gone from about 2 books a day to maybe 2 a month.

Some book on the War on Terrorism (why we're losing). Almost done.
The Honor of the Queen - Weber - been staring at them for years, finally cracked one. Ok so far (p8)...;)

Don't know if Graphic Novels count, but Girl Genius - online, steampunk. Lotsa fun...
